Siddhidatri.com is an online store operated under the trade name Siddhidatri Handicrafts, offering handmade Madhubani and Mithila paintings, handcrafted jewellery, sarees, handicrafts and other Indian artistic products.

We aim to provide accurate product information, pricing, availability, shipping information and customer support.

2. Products, Content & Specifications

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, dimensions, colours and specifications accurately.

  • Measurements may have minor variations where products are handmade.

3. Orders & Order Acceptance

Placing an order on Siddhidatri.com constitutes a request to purchase the selected products.

An order is considered accepted when we confirm the order and/or begin processing it.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order in exceptional circumstances, including:

  • Incorrect pricing or product information

  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions

  • Incorrect customer or shipping information

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If we cancel an order for which payment has already been received, any applicable refund will be handled according to the applicable payment and refund process.

4. Payment

For eligible orders in India, customers may have the option to pay 10% at checkout and the remaining 90% at delivery.

The availability of this payment option depends on the payment methods displayed at checkout and may vary by order, location or product.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment and billing information.

5. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before the order has been shipped or confirmed with the artist for preparation.

Once an order has been shipped or confirmed with the artist for preparation, it cannot be cancelled.

Customers should carefully review their product selection, shipping address, contact information and other order details before completing the purchase.

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible through our customer support channels.

6. Shipping Policy

We ship products across India and to selected international destinations.

Domestic Shipping — India

  • Full online prepaid orders are generally delivered within 3–8 business days.

  • Eligible orders using the 10% advance payment option are generally delivered within 6–11 business days, with the remaining 90% payable at delivery.

  • Free shipping is available in India on orders of INR 5000 or more.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply to remote or difficult-to-service locations where applicable. If applicable, the customer will be informed before dispatch.

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses where our shipping partners do not support delivery.

International Shipping

  • Estimated delivery time is generally 6–15 business days.

  • Free international shipping is available on orders above INR 20000..

  • International shipping may be handled through shipping partners such as DHL Express, FedEx Express or India Post, depending on destination and service availability.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, customs clearance, logistics delays, holidays, destination restrictions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Customs Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, local taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Siddhidatri.com does not control or collect destination-country customs duties or taxes unless specifically stated at checkout.

Customers are responsible for complying with applicable import requirements in their country.

8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Our store does not generally accept returns or provide refunds for normal change-of-mind requests.

Exchanges are generally available only for products that arrive damaged or defective, subject to verification and the conditions described in our Return & Refund Policy.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The request should be raised within 5 days of delivery.

  • The product should remain in its original condition and packaging as far as reasonably possible.

  • Customers are requested to provide a clear, uncut and unedited video of the package opening, together with photographs or other information that helps us verify the issue.

  • Requests are reviewed before an exchange is approved.

If an approved replacement product is unavailable, we will contact the customer to discuss the available resolution.

9. Damaged or Defective Products

If a product arrives damaged or has a product defect, the customer should contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Eligible claims will be reviewed according to our Return & Refund Policy.

For an approved claim, we may provide an exchange, replacement or another applicable resolution depending on the circumstances and product availability.

Customers should contact us as soon as possible after receiving the order so that the issue can be investigated promptly.

10. Order Tracking

Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive shipping confirmation and applicable tracking information.

Orders may be tracked through the shipping service used for the order, including:
